Ruth Osuna

Ruth Osuna is the City Manager for the City of Eloy, Arizona.

Ruth began her career in local government as a City of Phoenix, Arizona, Management Intern.  She rose to the level of Deputy Director of the Community and Economic Development Department before her departure from the City of Phoenix to work with the International City Management Association (ICMA) in Washington, DC.  There she served as director of the ICMA Hispanic Network.

After nearly two years, Ruth left ICMA to work for Bank of America as a Vice President of Community Development.  She also spent time working for Wells Fargo Mortgage.  She left Wells Fargo Mortgage to become a U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Builder Fellow.   After her two-year fellowship, Ruth worked for two national non-profits, Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation and Local Initiatives Support Corporation.

Ruth has served on many local, regional and national boards and committees.  She currently serves on two non-profit boards, Neighborhood Services of Phoenix and the Arizona’s Children Association.
